London Aesthetics Academy
Train where treatments are actually delivered
The academy
Education, not just technique
There is a difference between learning to perform a procedure and learning to practise safely. Plenty of courses teach the first. We are interested in the second.
That means teaching the underpinning theory properly — the anatomy, the pharmacology, the contraindications and the complications — alongside supervised practical work. It also means teaching what sits around the treatment: consent, record-keeping, product traceability, and knowing when to say no to a patient.
Training takes place in the clinic itself, not a hired room, so you see how a compliant practice actually runs.

Why train with us
What the academy offers
Taught in a working clinic
Training takes place in the same clinical environment where treatments are delivered — not a hired room. You learn how a clinic actually runs alongside the technique itself.
Prescriber-led teaching
Courses are led by a GPhC-registered pharmacist independent prescriber, so the regulatory and prescribing side of practice is taught by someone who works within it daily.
Theory and practical together
Every course combines underpinning theory with supervised practical work, so you understand why a technique works rather than only how to perform it.
Support after your course
Training does not end when the course does. You will have a defined period of post-course support for questions as you begin putting what you have learned into practice.
We describe our training honestly and do not make claims about career outcomes or earning potential after a course.

Our courses
Who can train with us
Our courses are open to anyone aged 18 or over who wants to start a career in aesthetics — no previous healthcare or aesthetics experience is needed. Healthcare professionals are also welcome. You need GCSEs in English, Maths and Science at grade 5 or above (or equivalent), Basic Life Support and anaphylaxis awareness training before the practical day, and an enhanced DBS check. If you don't have the GCSEs, relevant past experience may be accepted instead after an interview.
Certification
What you receive on completion
On successful completion of your course — including its theory and supervised practical assessments — you receive the Doctor Care Aesthetics Certificate of Completion, issued by the academy and signed by our Academy Lead, Fatima Husham. It records your course and the assessments you passed. It is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, and we will never present it as one.
Practical training on models
Practical training takes place on consenting models under the direct, one-to-one supervision of a prescribing clinician, who may stop a treatment at any time.
